- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a a confusing situation on what month my first payment started because I had read a coupon only on one side. I used the extra time to pay bills. Needless to say they were not empathetic and only threatened to foreclose on me. So I had my bank send them via mail everything in my account, got cash advances on credit cards for the balance and overnight express mailed it because of the upcoming holiday weekend. They turned around and sent me the bank check back via regular mail saying that it was less than the full amount while receiving the balance in full with late fees included in my overnight. Looking at this bank check, made out to them, I can not cash it. Why would someone send money back? They had all the money 2 days after they received the check. Deadline is tomorrow Today, I have called 3 times, left messages and to no avail. I told them I'm disabled and how difficult it is to get quick money and it seems like they are being intentionally vindictive and want to run the clock out on me. Perhaps a training program focusing on tonality and telephone physiology will educate them about condescending behaviors and what that sounds like. I would also recommend DSM Volume IV for further diagnosis.By David Miles, October 04, 2016
