  Said we didn't file a ifta return, so they held the truck and driver at a weigh station, i told them i can call them right back with the returns and receipt of payment, they said no problem, we close at 4:30, i'm on central, they are on eastern, i called back at 3:33, central, no answer, no solution. pathetic, no wonder that commonwealth is the butt crack of the mason dixon line.

  I was working toward getting my husband's medical card. He is a diabetic and I was having a very hard time getting his exam completed even with the waiver paperwork. These people were amazing the supervisor worked tirelessly to help me make it happen.

  I received a letter from this office concerning an out of state ticket that I had payed asking for proof. The letter, however, has literally no information on how to do this nor can I find anything on their website. Of course, no one answers the phone at the office after being on hold for several minutes. The fact that I have to go out of my way to prove that I payed a fine in another state is already ridiculous, but the state government seems incapable of even filing the proof. How does anything get done around here?
